Properties with a Holiday Rental License For Sale in Mallorca

There are three different types of Holiday Rental Licenses in Mallorca the ETV, the ETVPL and the ETV60. The licenses are explained in detail on this page, the ETV is a 365-day year-round license for independent houses, ETVPL is year-round license for apartments and some types of condominium properties, and ETV60 is a 60-day/year license for all home types. Each property must have a cedula and an energy certificate (EPC), and each has a unique registration number. The Balearic government has a Tourist rental verifier App available for holidaymakers to check the registration of holiday rentals in all Mallorca.

Properties with an ETV licence are inspected regularly and required to meet the conditions of the most up to date conditions of the tourism licence you should always take legal advice when you’re buying a property.
